Tomorrow is our championship meet, the Finals, at Doris E. Buffett Pool at Dixon Park, 1300 Dixon Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.

Entries: meet event list and entries by athlete are attached. The heat sheet is linked on our website.

Team Areas and Pool Set Up: a labeled, color-coded drawing of the pool deck is attached.

Championship Meet T-shirt: t-shirts will be on sale at tomorrow's meet.

Timeline:

7:00 - 7:15 Warm Ups for Dragons swimmers in the 1st Session (Events 1-24)

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes before warm ups

7:30 Officials Meeting and Timers Meeting

7:50 Clerk of Course will begin calling swimmers for the 1st events

7:55 National Anthem presented by Color Guard

8:00 1st Session of Meet Begins (Events 1-24)

10:00 - 10:15 Warm Ups for Dragons swimmers in the 2nd and 3rd Sessions (Events 25-38 and 39-68)

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes before warm ups

10:30 Officials Meeting and Timers Meeting

10:55 National Anthem and “senior patriotic parade”

11:00 2nd and 3rd Sessions of Meet Begin (Events 25-38 and 39-68)

Note that the timeline for sessions 2nd and 3rd could be delayed if there are issues that slow down the 1st session.

The 1st session (events 1-24) includes the individual 25-yard events for 10 and under swimmers, and the 8U and 9-10 free relays. The 2nd session (events 25-38) includes the graduated relays, 100 IM, medley relays, and the 100 free. If your 10U swimmers are not entered in any of these events, they are free to leave at the end of the 1st session. At the end of the 2nd session, all 10U swimmers will have finished their events.
