Hello Dragons Families!

Through a series of recent communication between the RSL Board, Fredericksburg Parks and Recreation Dept, Fredericksburg city planners, and the Fredericksburg Fire Marshal, we must alter our plan for spectator set up at the Dixon Pool. All teams must be set up within the pool complex (within the fence line).  The Dragons will set up directly behind the starting blocks between the Grafton and Eden Estates teams.  Please refer to the revised set up diagram (below). I understand that this creates a more crowded situation, we didn't have any leeway in the matter unfortunately.    

Things that we'll need to abide by: 1. Set up in assigned grassy areas around the disposable trash box with our team name on it. 2. Pop up canopy tents are authorized and must be weighted or staked on all four legs of the canopy. No grills, alcohol, generators allowed. 3. The pool staff requests that all spectators be hand-stamped upon entry for staff to distinguish between participants (swimmers, parents, spectators, officials)/non-participants. All entry/egress will be via the main entrance. All other gates will remain closed/locked. 4. Food Truck/Kona Ice will also be required to set up inside the fence line. 5. There will be Fredericksburg PD presence throughout the park as there are 3 other events occurring in the surrounding areas. Otherwise, we will conduct the meet as planned.
