Hello Dragons Families!  The following is provided for your information: 

The National Division Finals will be held at Dixon Park, Doris E Buffett Swimming Pool, 1300 Dixon St, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.  

Parking & Drop Off: Please follow the directions of the traffic monitors once you pull into Dixon Park. If you wish to drop off swimmers, please inform the monitors who will direct you. The lot closest to the pool will be reserved for RSL parking passes and handicapped only. Park in lots throughout the Dixon Park. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THESE PARKING REQUESTS!!! 

Set up areas:  Please refer to the attached diagram.  The Dragons will set up in the grassy area, inside the pool entrance towards the left.  There will be a white trash box with our team name placed in the center of our assigned area.

  Concessions and food trucks will be set up during the meet. Cash and credit will be accepted.

Timeline:  

Arrive to pool: Between 6am - 6:30am

Warm ups: 7:00am for swimmers in Events 1-24 

Warm ups: 10:00am for swimmers in Events 25-69

7:30am – All officials’ meeting for First Half (Stroke & Turn Judges, Admin Referees, Starters & Referees) at the Scoring Area at the Pool entrance .  

7:30am – All timers meeting for First Half with Head Timers at the Scoring Area at the Pool entrance 

7:50am – Call to Clerk of Course for first events  

7:55am – National Anthem 

8:00am – Meet begins

Remember, there are 7 total teams competing, there will be a lot of families and athletes setting up throughout the pool complex.  Please be mindful of good order and conduct.  This is an outdoor facility so bring your shade, sunscreen, and protective clothing!
