Good afternoon, 

I have attached the swimmer entries and relay report for tomorrow's meet at Lake Wilderness. Please review before arriving to the meet. We will sent out the heat sheet, as soon as Lake Wilderness makes it available. We will have practice tomorrow morning: 7:00 to 7:45 a.m. for 11O and 7:45 to 8:20 a.m. for 10U.

Warm Ups: Our warm ups are from 5:25 to 5:50 p.m. Please plan to arrive at Lake Wilderness Pool 15 minutes before warm-ups. 

Volunteer Meetings: The Stroke & Turn and Timer meetings will begin at 5:30 near the Clerk of Course. 

Parking: Due to the lake being dredged, parking is very limited. You may use the drop off/pick up area in loop, then look for a parking spot. Please see the attached facility/parking diagram. 

Speed Limit: The neighborhood security will have speed traps set up, so please watch your speed – it’s 25 mph ,but drops down to 15 mph as you approach the pool.

Concessions: Lake Wilderness will have two food trucks, Taco Tuesday and Funnel Cake Café, out by the drop off/pick up loop.
