Wednesday, July 6 Meet

Meet Arrival and Check-In: First session swimmers (10 and under) please arrive at the pool by 4:45 p.m. 11 and older swimmers please arrive by 6:45 p.m. Swimmers should check in with Coach Dana upon arriving. Volunteers can check in with Megan Platenik in the blue visor. Please double check your volunteer job to ensure prompt arrival and check in. If for any reason you have trouble, please email the Dragons' email and text Megan at 860-982-4536.

Meet Warm-Ups: Our 10 and under swimmers should be ready to get in the pool at 5:00 for a quick warm-up. Our 11 and older swimmers should be ready to get in the pool at 7:00 for a quick warm-up.

Meet Start Times: The 10 and under session will start at 6:00 p.m. The 11 and over session has an estimated start time of 7:45 p.m.

Swimmer Entries: The swimmer entries report is attached. The heat sheet will be posted below the meet schedule on our website.

Food Truck & Concessions: This week's food truck (fingers crossed) is the Fire Escape Food Truck. We will also have a concession stand that will have limited cash-only sales of baked goods, candy and drinks. If you would like to donate brownies or cookies (packaged in sandwich bags, 2 each), please bring them to the concession stand at the beginning of the meet.

Set-Up, Spectators & Clerk of the Course: Families will set up in a roped-off parking lot just outside the pool. Please bring sunscreen, pop up canopies, bug spray and plenty of water to drink. Spectators will enter through the exterior door to watch their swimmer(s)' events and then exit to make room for others. Swimmers will enter and exit through the far exterior door (as our clerk of course will set up outside this door).
