Results and Ribbons: the results from Wednesday's meet are posted on our Bulletin Board in the pool area. They are also attached. Ribbons are filed by last name in a black plastic file box, which can be found behind the big fan on the ground next to the Dragons cabinet.

Swimmer Sign-Up: if your swimmers plan to compete in our Home Meet on Wednesday, June 30, please sign-up by 5:30 on Sunday, June 27. We are unable to accept late registrants due to the software design.

Volunteer Sign-Up: all families are required to provide at least one volunteer for any meet in which their swimmer competes.

As the host team, we will need a few more volunteers than are required at an away meet. When you sign-up your swimmer, please remember to sign-up for a volunteer position during your swimmer's session: 10 and under swim in the first session; 11 and older swim in the second session. Job descriptions can be found under volunteers on our website.

Poster Making on Monday: at the beginning of practice we will make posters to cheer on our team and teammates. Poster boards and markers will be provided. If you have additional markers that you can bring and share that would be greatly appreciated.

Swim Cap Update: our caps have been shipped, with an estimated delivery date of Tuesday June 29!

Wednesday Morning Practice: We will have practice Wednesday morning. We will not have as many lanes as we do in the afternoon, and therefore will need to divide the swimmers into 2 groups based on age. The 11 and over swimmers will practice from 7:15 to 8:00 a.m. Our 10 and under swimmers will practice from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m.

Wednesday's Meet: this Wednesday, we will host our first home meet. The theme of the meet is outer space. We will have a food truck - the UFO food truck. We will also have a concession stand that will have limited cash-only sales of baked goods, candy and drinks, as well as glow sticks. We are asking for donations for our concessions. Please sign up to bring an item or two if you can. Donations can be brought to practice in advance or to the meet.

Families will set up in a roped-off parking lot just outside the pool. Please bring sunscreen, pop up canopies, bug spray and plenty of water to drink. Spectators will enter through the exterior door to watch their swimmer(s)' events and then exit to make room for others. Swimmers will enter and exit through the far exterior door (as our clerk of course will set up outside this door).
